First...Post...Ever!

Testing, 1-2-3.... Yep we're on!! So this is my first official blog post! I've been saying for the longest time, "Nope, I'm not going to start blogging." Even having to "google a blog" sounds like alien language to me. Just say that phrase again. Google-a-blog. If you said that 20 years ago, you'd sound crazy. ANYWAY! So apparently once you open a TPT store, it's only a matter of time before you have a Facebook page for your store, an Instagram (my next project), probably a Twitter (still resisting that one), a PINTEREST (but we know you had that already!!), and a blogggg. I told my husband that I need a personal assistant just to manage/advertise my Pinterest alone! Seriously, Social Media is taking over....my brain. In an exciting way. 

SO... I started this blog in anticipation of the TPT Vegas Conference that is in 10 short days!! Our friend Kelli Alaina Wise from the FB group "TPT Social Media Strategies" has invited a group of us to share our notes from the conference, for the benefit of those who stayed at home. Join that group if you want to hear what other teachers learned by attending :) So I figured, if I'm already taking notes and sharing, this is as good a time as ever to start my own blog.
